I only have a primary prof as a ranger. How do you start a second proff. because a second proff is all that seperates me from post searing

ask your last or any trainer about a new profession

ok, so i started my new proffession, what will happen when it transfers to post searing, when will it happen, will it happen right when i get out of ascalon, when?
